Under this federal economic immigration program, there are three programs available as listed below.
Federal skilled worker class is an immigration program specifically designed to assist skilled workers in getting Permanent Residency. The skilled worker should have at least 1 year minimum work experience and it should be in the same field of work, precisely the same job, and same organization.
The applicants must have minimum work experience, show interest in permanently immigrating to Canada, have threshold language proficiency in English or French as well as create an online Express Entry profile.
Those who want to obtain permanent residency in Canada should be qualified in a skilled trade under this program. A skilled worker can apply under this program for any province except for Quebec. He must have passed English or French language test along with having at least 1 year prior experience in the skilled trade or certificate of equivalent qualification given by any Canadian province.
This program has been designed to aid temporary foreign workers and international students. The requirement for this program involves one year of full time skilled work experience in Canada. They must also be fluent in English and or French. This program can be accessed through Express Entry through usual process.
We will guide you through the two steps listed below to apply to the Express Entry system:
Make an Express Entry profile through an online form. The deserving ones will then be put in the pool of candidates by the immigrant officer.
Based on the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS), the highest scoring candidates will be invited for applying for permanent residence. The selected ones will be asked to apply within 90 days after which the visa procedure would start and be completed in the next 6 months or so.
