Approximately 130,000 foreign students graduate from Canadian universities on annual basis.
In order to study in Canada, one must acquire a study permit first. It is a form of temporary residence and is given for a specific duration of time till the studies are completed.
Also, during this time, you will also be allowed to work for up to 20 hours per week during the semester and full-time during the semester break.
Note that a study permit might not be required for a course of duration less than six months. There are other formalities for the study permits that you might not be aware of. Considering all the complexities, it would rather be better to consult a professional than do all the work on your own. Not consulting a professional might result in you submitting an incomplete or incorrect application. We at RBM have dealt with thousands of such cases and a majority of them attained study visa without any trouble. That is why we recommend getting a service from a qualified and experienced professional immigration consultant. We are here to serve you. Give us an opportunity and see for yourself.
Upon the successful completion of your study, you can further prolong the stay through open work permit which is valid for up to a maximum of 3 years. During this period, you can work and get experience from the job market of Canada. If you wish to get the permanent resident of Canada, you can do so by applying through Canadian Experience Class. Don’t forget to contact us for assisting you in your permanent resident application!
